Continuing Education

Ohio Supreme Court requires attorneys to complete twenty-four hours of continuing legal education bi-annually. However, I attend over 50 hours per year of continuing legal education specifically related to criminal defense issues and DUI/OVI practice.

In order to maintain membership in NCDD, I attend one three-day DUI/OVI seminar per year. These seminars relate specifically to the defense of DUI/OVI and the current legal issues involved in the defense of these cases.
